I realized that I haven't posted very many faith-based things here. I think I've mentioned that I'm a Christian, but aside from mentioning Christmas from a religious perspective, I don't think I've mentioned God very much. There are several reasons for that. For one thing, I feel that there's a time and a place for getting "preachy." Too many times I have seen examples of people attempting to share their beliefs but bungling it and making it seem as though they were forcing them upon other people. That isn't the point. Several of the blogs that I follow are run by Christians who manage to incorporate their beliefs into what they post with joy and without seeming forced. I cannot even begin to express how much I admire that. I strive to be a good example for those around me, both digitally and physically.
Don't worry, I'm not going to turn my blog into a platform or anything, that isn't the point. I just want to post this as a little reminder, especially since it's Lent. The passage I chose for this is from Proverbs 31, and I just really liked how this matches up with the Disney princesses.
Have a magical Tuesday, everyone!
